General Rules of Discipline

  1. All the boys and girls will come to school in prescribed school uniform; otherwise they will not be allowed to attend their classes.
  2. At the first warning bell, pupils must assemble for daily prayer at the specified place. At the second bell, all will do prayer. After the prayer, all will silently go to their classes in a queue.
  3. Every student must feel that the property of the school is his/her own property.
  4. Bringing toys, crackers and other things not needed for study of craft, is not allowed in the school compound.
  5. The school does not accept the responsibility for the loss of books, money, clothes and other things of the pupils. There is a magnet in your heart that will attract true friends
  6. No student will be allowed to go home during school hours, unless he brings a letter from his/her father or guardian.
  7.  Every student is urged to keep the high moral standard of the school by his/her manners and behaviour.
  8. Students must be well-disciplined, well-behaved and should be aware of manners.
  9. They must come to school in time with proper preparation of lesson.
  10.  Bring your handbook daily to the school. Note your daily activities and home assignments.
  11. Always come with clean, full and well-dressed school uniform.
  12. Come to the school fifteen minutes before the prayer and stand class wise.
  13. Be careful not to make a noise and disturb other classes when you move from one class to another.
  14. Do not loiter in the ground during school hours.
  15.  Stand up when the teacher or any visitor enters the class and wish him or her. Remain standing until you are told to sit.
  16. Take permission from the teacher if you are to go out of the class or if you are to enter the class.
  17. Keep your classroom neat and tidy. Do not disfigure the walls, scatter bits of paper on the floor, damage the school furniture or spill ink on the floor.
  18. Treat the elders with respect. Stand straight when talking to the elders. To stand with hands inside the pockets looks bad.
  19.  If anyone drops anything, it is polite to pick it up for him.
  20. If you have to move forward in front of anyone, do not forget to say, “Excuse me”.
  21. If you did not hear properly what was said to you, say beg your pardon.”
  22.  Say “Thank you’ for any service done for you.
  23. Greet the elders by saying “Namaskar’’. ‘Good morning or “Good afternoon.
  24. Bring always the prescribed textbooks in the class.
  25. English should be spoken in the school premises.

General Regulations

  1. Parents/Guardians are requested to ensure that their wards attended the school regularly and punctually.
  2.  Parents/Guardians are requested to see that their wards devote sufficient time at home to do the assigned home task. Submission of regular home work is given due consideration at the time of Annual Promotion.
  3. Any kind of damage done to school’s property/furniture will have to be compensated either individually or collectively.
  4. If a student does on mend his/her behaviour, he/she shall be discharged from the school. No child will be permitted to leave the school during school hours.
  5.  Pupils suffering from contagious and infectious diseases shall not be permitted to attend the school.
  6. School dues are to be paid on the notified date/dates.
  7.  Parents/Guardians are not permitted to see the teachers in their classes. They should contact the Principal directly for any information/help.
  8. Friends and acquaintances are not permitted to see the students in the school campus.
  9. No pupil shall be eligible for promotion unless he or she attends 75% of the total number of working days of the school in the whole year. Parents are particularly requested to take note of this rule.
  10. Parents are invited to visit the school and contact personally the Principal during the specified visiting hours on all days to ascertain the progress of their children.
  11.  Parents are requested to contact only the Principal and not to go directly to the classes for any reason whatsoever.
  12. Parents are requested to go through the progress report issued to their children and cooperate with us to remedy the defects observed.

Leave rules –

  1. Leave of absence will granted only for serious reasons on previous written applications from parents or guardians.
  2. In case of absence without leave, the students on returning to the school must produce the reason of absence certificate from his/her Parents or Guardians. If any pupil has been absent for more than three days, he/she should not enter the class without first obtaining permission from the Principal. A student returning to school after suffering from contagious or infectious disease should produce a Doctor’s certificate permitting him/her to do so.

 

Admission regulations –

Eligibility of age for admission to K.G. is 3 years plus as on January 1st. Together with the application, a photocopy of the birth certificate obtained from the Municipal Corporation of Hospital Records is to be submitted. All the above admissions will be subject to a test of capacity by means of oral or written tests. Admission and assignment to a particular section of the class are entirely reserved to the school authorities. The correct date of birth is to be given at the time of admission. No change in the date of birth will be entertained. The date of birth once registered cannot be altered.

  1. Fees are to be paid on or before the 10th of every month. Otherwise Rs.50/- will be charged as delay fine for each month.
  2. No student will be allowed to sit for the 1st term or second term or annual examinations unless all school fees have been cleared.
  3. Once the admission and special fees have been paid, they will not be refunded even if the pupil is withdrawn from the school.
  4.  Guardians will kindly preserve the receipts issued to them and produce them as proof of payment of fees, if needed.
